Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card up front. You can switch or cancel anytime from your billing settings.

What can RentalAnchor do?

Capture receipts with AI, track expenses, store documents and warranties, set maintenance reminders, keep contacts and vendors, and build a full profile for every property—then search your records or export expense reports.

How does AI receipt scanning work?

Take a photo or upload a PDF and Smart Capture reads the vendor, amount, date, and category, then pre-fills the expense. You review and confirm every scan before it's saved, and you can always enter receipts by hand.

Is my data private?

We do not sell your data or use your property records and files for advertising. Records are access-controlled by workspace, and uploaded files are kept in private storage with short-lived download links issued only after access is verified. Smart Capture sends the receipt or document you submit to our AI provider for extraction, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

How many properties can I add?

It depends on your plan. Plans scale from a couple of units up to a growing portfolio, along with more document storage and more monthly AI receipt scans. See the pricing page for the current limits.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export settings let you download expense records as CSV files, generate expense PDF reports, and export attached expense images. You retain ownership of the records and files you store in RentalAnchor; keep independent copies of anything critical.
